| Radio frequency licensing information |
|
|
| Our radio microphones can be set to use either License Free radio frequencies (up to four simultaneously) or Shared (channel 69) frequencies (up to 8 simultaneously) at no cost to the hirer (please see below). These bands cannot be mixed.
A Fixed Site License may be required for more than 8 systems used simultaneously, or in areas of heavy radio frequency usage such as festivals, etc. Please contact us with the dates and times of use, exact location including postcode and details of any other UHF wireless systems being used within range. We can then formulate a Frequency Plan and advise which frequencies should be licensed from JFMG.

The frequencies in the range 863.100MHz to 864.900MHz can be used legally without a license. The following four frequencies can be used simultaneously with our systems:

| Shared (channel 69) UHF radio frequencies |
|
We can transfer a license to use Shared UHF Frequencies in Channel 69 free of change to our clients.
Our wireless UHF systems can operate on the 8 frequencies marked with an asterisk simultaneously without intermodulation. Additional systems may require a Fixed Site License which can be obtained from JFMG.
