The Shure UR2 wireless transmitter with SM58 capsule features the legendary SM58 cardioid dynamic microphone head which gives you excellent sound quality and is tailored for lead and backing vocals. The Shure SM58 microphone capsule fitted to the UR2 is interchangeable with other Shure microphone capsules. The flagship Shure UR2/SM58 Wireless Handheld Transmitter offers the most advanced features and controls including a bit-mapped backlit LCD display, infrared automatic transmitter sync and switchable RF power. It also has frequency and power lockout cabability and can be used continuously for up to 8 hours using 2 x AA Batteries (included). The Shure UR2/SM58  is made from an all-metal die-cast construction for maximum durability.

This transmitter requires the Shure UR4D+ or UR4S+ receiver to complete the system.
