| The Tannoy V8 is a very compact loudspeaker suitable for use as a nearfield stage monitor for live entertainment or DJs or as a Front Of House loudspeaker for theatre or speech reinforcement. We can supply these speakers with either pole-mount adaptors or flying kits.
Features
The Tannoy V8 is designed for high quality music and speech. As well as primary sound reinforcement it can also be used as a mini stage monitor, its conical coverage pattern giving the performer greater freedom of movement than allowed by conventional horn loaded designs. The dual-wedge shape also makes it ideal for low profile ceiling mounting in landscape configuration.
The high-powered 8-inch Dual Concentric™ drive unit features Tannoy's unique Point Source technology and a halogen high frequency protection system. The Tannoy V8 has a rugged, multiple-ply hardwood cabinet with recessed carrying handle and blanking plate to allow fitting of an integral stand mount. Flying points are provided by M10 inserts and bracket mount M6 inserts, compatible with Omnimount™ 75 Series and 30.0 Series, are also included on the rear of the cabinet.
